The next session of Mindfulness Meditation, HWC’s longest running CLC program, will be taught by James Magee at the Hagerstown Community Life Center beginning on Monday, May 1 at 3:00 p.m. James, who is a co-owner of Regenerate Float Center, is passionate about wellness and knows firsthand the many physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of meditation.

As a life-long practitioner and teacher of meditation, James promotes the benefits of focusing on the present. Participants will learn techniques to decrease stress, lower blood pressure and increase wellbeing.
