Stepping Stones: An Introduction to Grief Support for Bereaved Adults
Taking the first steps into grief support after the loss of a loved one can be very difficult. Stepping Stones is intended to serve as an introductory to grief support services for adults who have experienced recent loss. The purpose of this program is to provide education and resources related to the grieving process & connect with others who have experienced a recent loss. We invite you to take the first step into grief support with Stepping Stones to learn, connect, & share with those who are newly bereaved. Stepping Stones will be guided by a HWC Bereavement Counselor. Adults are invited to attend one session of Stepping Stones, then transition into on-going grief group programming.
2024 Meetings will take place on the 3rd Wednesdays of each month from 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm
