Helping you navigate the final chapter

Our hospice care teams will take time to learn about your loved one, explain care options, and support you and your loved one through their final moments. To see if it's the right time for hospice, give us a call at (301) 791-6360.

You are not alone.

We know there’s pain in the decision to call hospice. But once you do, we’ll be with you every step of the way. We’re here to help patients and their families focus on their final moments together.

Hospice Care

A young female healthcare worker with a stethoscope around her neck is smiling and talking with an elderly woman who is sitting outdoors near some greenery.

We provide end-of-life care in our patients’ homes, in conjunction with our intensive care unit, Doey’s House. We feel called to help others through these final stages of life. It’s never too early to call.

LifeCare - Advanced Illness Management

Nurse smiling and talking to an elderly man in a wheelchair in a bright room.

LifeCare is our palliative care program, and provides specialized medical relief for people living with serious illness. The goal is to improve the quality of life for patients and families, when it’s not time for hospice.

Grief Support

A man and a woman share a warm hug outdoors, with the man kissing the woman's forehead, in a lush green park setting.

No one can emotionally prepare for the loss of loved one. Whether sudden or expected, loss creates deep, complex emotions, and our counselors and many volunteers are here to help.

Call us to get started:

First, call our care team, we’ll help you decide if it’s the right time. It’s never too early to call. (301) 791-6360

Then, one of our nurses will meet with you at your home and help you make the best decisions for your family.

Spend time with your family, and know that our care team will guide you at every step.
