These are on-going, open support groups, available to any adult who has experienced the death of a loved one. The group meets the first and third Monday of each month from 10:30am.-12:00 noon and second and fourth Thursday of each month from 5:30-7:00p.m.
Adults who are grieving the death of a loved one by suicide is invited to this educational and healing workshop. Lunch will be served courtesy of donation from the Max Niessner Suicide Prevention Fund. It begins Wednesday night Sept. 18th from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and ends on October 23rd and will be held at our main office at 747 Northern Ave. This group focuses on the many issues that arise whena loved one dies from an overdose. We will discuss the emotional, physical, and spiritual responses to this specific type of grief, as well as explore ways to manage the intensity of the pain...
