Doey’s House Lights For Love Event and Memory Walk this Sunday

Thank you for supporting Hospice of Washington County's 2023 "Lights for Love & Memorial Walk". We are honored to offer this opportunity for individuals to remember their loved ones during this holiday season.

Your gift will support our Benevolence Fund which provides basic emergency needs and comfort items to the patients served by Hospice of Washington County Inc.

We look forward to seeing you this Sunday, December 3rd, at Doey's House located at 1137 Caring Pathway Lane Hagerstown, MD and wanted to provide you with an event schedule.

Due to parking limitations at Doey's House, shuttle service will be provided from Eastern Elementary beginning at 3:30 pm.

Activities will begin at 4:00 pm with a reception which includes light refreshments. At approximately 4:45 pm, we will have some short remarks from members of our Executive Team. This will be followed by the reading of the names. At the conclusion, we will begin a short processional walk around Doey’s House; and finish with tree lighting ceremony.

Rain is predicted for Sunday. We highly recommend to dress for the weather as this is an outdoor event. There will be a heated tent with seating for the reception and reading of names.

Again, thank you for your generous support in assisting us in making a difference in our patients lives; at a time when they need it most especially in these challenging times.
