Holes for Hospice Golf Tournament
The Hospice of Washington County is hosting a Holes for Hospice Golf Tournament June 3rd at Beaver Creek Country Club.

Registration is first-come, first-served, determined by email or postmark. Tournament will be rain or shine. There will be no refunds for cancellation.
$xx per golfer or $xx for a foursome.
Golfers will be able to purchase a $xx Caddy package consisting of 1 Powerball/2 Mulligans/1 Raffle Ticket.
Tournament prizes will be Men’s and Women’s longest drive; Men’s and Women’s farthest from the hole; and overall field 1st, 2nd, and 3rd team prizes.
