Teen Grief Gathering

Teen Grief Gathering is for Teens (ages 13-19) who are dealing with the death of a friend or family member. Connect with others who get it, and learn practical skills in coping with your grief and loss. Hearts of Hope (Franklin Hospice)

Hearts of Hope (Franklin Hospice) is an ongoing open grief support group beginning May 4th, 2023, for any adult who is grieving the death of a loved one. Service of Remembrance Summer 2023

Hospice of Washington County and Franklin Hospice invite you and your family to join us for a Service of Remembrance honoring the memory of Hospice family members who died between November 2022 and April 2023. 2023 Stepping Stones: A Support Group for Newly Bereaved Adults

Taking the first steps into grief support after the loss of a loved one can be very difficult. This monthly group is intended to serve as an introductory to grief support services for adults who have experienced a loss within the past 6 months. Loss of Child Grief Support Group (Adults)

Hospice of Washington County Bereavement Care Department is continuing their support group for those who have experienced the loss of a child. This program is run by Stephanie one time a month on the second Monday of each month starting in January from 3:30 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. This group will meet at the HWC Main Office in the Conference Room.  Adults who have experienced a loss of child are invited to come together to find connection, understanding, and hope through shared experience.

Shred Event 2023

Hospice of Washington County's Shred Event of 2023 will be held on Saturday, June 10th, from 9 AM-12 PM at the HWC Main Office. This year is a little different, we are accepting old medications and old electronics (e-waste) on top of paper and documents this year. Come out and shred your papers & donate to our Charity Care Fund! A donation of $10 is suggested per paper box and a donation of $10 is suggested per electrical item. Seasons of Grief: Creative Workshop Series for Adults Coping with Loss - June

This workshop series is open for older teens and adults who are grieving the loss of a loved one. The workshop will explore creative ways to cope with loss, and memorialize our loved ones. There is no cost to attend and participate. You are invited to bring pictures of your loved one, as well as pieces of your loved one's clothing (that you are willing to modify and use for various seasonal memorial crafts) to the workshop.
