Teen Grief Support Group

Teens (ages 14-19) grieving death of a loved one, you are not alone. Join us for this open group throughout the summer at the Washington County Free Libary -- Downtown Hagerstown Branch. Hearts of Hope - Online

Hospice of Washington County (HWC) is continuing to serve the community with Bereavement Services. HWC will host the Hearts of Hope Group via Zoom (an online video chat platform). Hearts of Hope is an on-going, open support group available to any adult who has experienced a death of a loved one.

Make a difference by offering invaluable companionship and support! Join our upcoming Volunteer Training Class! June 10, 13 and 19,  5:00-9:00pm Hospice of Washington County is seeking reliable, compassionate volunteers to make visits to our terminally ill patients and families in their homes or nursing facilities.  Hospice of Washington County, Inc. volunteers are key members of the interdisciplinary team. Survivors of Suicide Support Group

This group is a 6-week closed group for any adult who has experienced the suicide death of a loved one.   Group sessions will be held on Wednesday nights from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. on April 3rd, April 10th, April 17th, April 24th, May 1st, May 8th 2019.

Washington County Gives

On Tuesday, May 7, 2019, individuals can help Doey’s House, HWC’s Children’s Bereavement Camp and all Hospice of Washington County’s programs and services during Washington County Gives, a 24-hour online giving event. On this day, every donation Hospice of Washington County (HWC) receives will help HWC claim matching dollars and possible prizes to continue giving back to the Washington County community.
